1. Warranty Coverage

  • Our warranty covers hardware functionality of the refurbished computer under normal usage conditions.
  • The warranty applies only to the product purchased and does not cover software issues, accidental damage, or misuse.
  • Minor cosmetic marks from prior use (e.g., light scratches) are normal for refurbished items and are not covered under warranty.

2. Warranty Duration

  • The standard warranty period is 90 Days (3 Months) from the date of delivery unless otherwise specified on the product page.
  • The warranty start date is considered the date the product is delivered to the customer.

3. How to Claim Warranty

To claim warranty service, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team via email or phone with your order details and transaction ID.
  2. Describe the issue clearly and provide supporting evidence such as photos or error messages.
  3. Our team will guide you through troubleshooting and next steps.

4. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does NOT cover:

  • Accidental damage, drops, or liquid spills.
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs by third parties.
  • Software installation, viruses, or user data loss.
  • Cosmetic wear that does not affect the functional usability of the device.

5. Shipping for Warranty Service

  • Customers are responsible for safely shipping the product to our service center for warranty claims.
  • We recommend using secure packaging and a reliable courier service with tracking to prevent damage during transit.

6. Limitations

  • The warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser.
  • avscomputershop.com is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the product.
